hourly rates for various types of work, click here. Retainer quotes and
other pricing information listed on this website are updated periodically,
but any stated amount you see here now is guaranteed through
December, 31, 2010. Attorney's fees for work done on the case are
typically earned at $150.00 per hour, and client communication, if charged
for, are earned at $50.00 per hour. The retainer covers any Court filing
fee and an initial service attempt on the other person. If the retainer runs
out, that client is sent regular statements to let them know where they
stand. Once you are my client, I will never raise my hourly rate on you.
These same retainers apply to cases in TULSA, ROGERS, WASHINGTON,
WAGONER,MUSKOGEE ,MAYES, NOWATA, OSAGE, PAWNEE, CREEK,
OKMULGEE, AND OKFUSKGEE COUNTIES, in which I regularly practice.

JOEL K. MITCHELL is AGGRESSIVE. I am willing to work diligently on your case to
achieve the results you want. If I believe the results you seek are unrealistic, I will
tell you so, rather than take your money and attempt to make a case out of
something he feels will not yield you the results you seek. Yet I will move forward
at your command as long as the goals you seek are legal and ethical. I will not
hesitate to give you options or even an estimate of the success of those options.

existing and prospective clients, and I make a point to try to respond to each
