Attorney's fees for work done on the case are typically earned
at $150.00 per hour, and client communication, if charged for,
are earned at $50.00 per hour. The retainer covers any Court
filing fee and an initial service attempt on the other person. If the
retainer runs out, that client is sent regular statements to let
them know where they stand. Once you are my client, I will
never raise my hourly rate on you.
