If he believes the results you seek are unrealistic, he will tell you so, rather than take your money and attempt to make a case out of something he feels will not yield you the results you seek.
JOEL K. MITCHELL is AFFORDABLE. For information on how high of a retainer I require for a particular case and what that covers as well as my hourly rates for various types of work, click on the "Retainer Amounts" button located on the left side of the screen. Retainer quotes and other pricing information listed on this website are updated periodically, but any stated amount you see here now is guaranteed through April 1, 2008. Attorney's fees for work done on the case are typically earned at $150.00 per hour, and client communication, if charged for, are earned at $50.00 per hour. The retainer covers any Court filing fee an initial service attempt on other parties in the case. If the retainer runs out, that client is billed on a monthly basis.
